By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced at our footer. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

1. Orders

Orders placed at papuchiz.com are only for private use and are not intended for further resale. As the last step before your purchase, you will see a summary of your order. You should check that this summary is according to your wish before finally agreeing to the terms and conditions. 

 

Papuchiz reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. 

 

Papuchiz shall not be held liable in case of the unavailability of products. All efforts are made to ensure that the pictures and the presentation of our shoes correspond to the original products. Please note that the physical product might differ from the digital photographs displayed on the website. Papuchiz has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer if Papuchiz suspects a violation of these Terms & Conditions or if the customer has proven to cause damage to the brand and/or the company Papuchiz.

2. Shipping

Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions that are out of the control of Papuchiz for which we do not claim responsibility.  We use established delivery partners such as PostNord and DHL.

 

Please contact info@papuchiz.com at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time, and we will help you resolve the issue. If you for any reason have received a damaged product or an item that does not correspond to your original purchase, please contact us as soon as possible from the date of received delivery. We will of course arrange a free return for you. We do not take responsibility for items that are lost during the return delivery.

3. Payment & Pricing

The prices displayed are inclusive of taxes within the European Union. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur import duties and taxes. These charges vary from country to country. As you will be responsible for any charges we kindly recommend you check with your local customs office for further information. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the displayed price, this will be added in the checkout process. Shipping costs are based on your selected location and on the value of your order total.

Papuchiz reserves the right to change the price of any items on the website at any time. Papuchiz securely accepts PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. All credit card information is handled by Stripe using SSL and state-of-the-art encryption which ensures high safety and unauthorized access.

4. Returns

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date and exchanged for a product of the same value within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same shape and condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. To clarify, that means the shoes must not have been worn or used. Please try our shoes in a clean area to avoid further complicating the return process.

We do not accept responsibility for products lost during the return delivery. After your return is received we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. Please allow 3-8 bank days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Papuchiz does not cover shipping costs for returns. 

If you have received an imperfect product please contact our customer relations team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you.

Repeated returns


We monitor the number of returns made by customers and reserve the right to refuse future orders that we believe are in breach of our terms and conditions.

5. Unclaimed packages

For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.
