What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all returns must arrive in their orginal condition in their original packaging and with tags attached. Any labels and additional items received with the product must be returned. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Do you have any retailers who sell your shoes in their stores?

Yes, we currently have two dealers.

2. Product Questions

What materials are your shoes made out of?

All of our shoes are made out of high quality leather from Italy, which should be treated accordingly to ensure longevity. Our soles are made out of 100% EVA foam, which is commonly found in running shoes to ensure a ergonomic and comfortable wear.

 

All of our shoes are made out of 100% recyclable materials in order for us to minimize our companys carbon footprint.

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Yes. We take the security of our customers' payment information seriously.
